I have been playing around with CHDK, a firmware upgrade for my Canon PowerShot SD630. The firmware allows me to take photos at a certain interval to create a time lapse movie. So I set things up overlooking the intersection of Yonge and Dundas and then used Photoshop to render the pictures into a video.
